1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, accessing, or using the 4999 BDT platform in any way, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 4999 BDT platform.

2 Member Eligibility

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

• Failure to meet the wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus expiring.

6 Game Rules

• All game results are final once calculated by the system

• Manipulation or any attempt to cheat the game or payment system
• Money laundering through the platform
• Sharing accounts or playing on behalf of another user
• Using offensive, threatening, or harassing language on any of our communication platforms

8 Account Termination and Suspension

4999 BDT reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions in this document
• Suspected or proven fraud or money laundering activity
• Failure to pass the KYC review within the stipulated timeframe
• Self-exclusion request initiated by the user
• Instructions from the relevant regulatory authorities

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 4999 bdt support team via live chat on the platform. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met.

9 Liability Limits

4999 BDT shall not be held liable for any losses or direct or indirect damages arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by technical factors beyond our control

• The user's own actions or negligence, including failure to maintain password security

10 Amendment of Terms and Conditions

4999 BDT reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the 4999 bdt platform after the effective date of any amendments to these terms constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes made, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date.
